FAQ - Do I have to pay up front?
In normal circumstances the 24/7 support team will arrange and pay for any assistance that you require and you will not be required to pay anything.
In only two instances will you be required to pay up front and claim back your expenses. These are:
- a) If you break down on a Toll Motorway and we are forbidden access to assist you
- b) If you are claiming for parts and labour under a Gold policy
In both of these scenarios if you keep your receipts you will be recompensed in full.
