FAQ - Printing off your policy certificate on screen

Having booked and paid for your European breakdown cover policy online you will then be presented with an e-certificate on screen similar to a flight ticket. It contains all the information that you require and shows, who is insured, their vehicle type and age, address, duration of trip and whether they are covered for towing a caravan or trailer. The e-certificate also shows all of the emergency contact numbers to call in the event of a breakdown and also provides a link to the full policy wording.

In the example below you can clearly see the option to "Print" your policy certificate.

If you click this, it opens a new browser window and displays the policy certificate in A4 format. Then proceed to print as normal using the print option shown on screen and then pop the copy in your glove box for safe keeping.
