FAQ - Payment methods?

In selling this European breakdown insurance, OTIS will take your payment via a secure encrypted payment provider who will pass on your policy premium on your behalf to the insurers. Once we have received your premium you are eligible for cover.

Payment on your card will be shown as Online Travel Insurance Services Laindon. Payments online can be transacted using credit cards, debit cards or via Paypal. 

Note that we cannot accept Paypal payments via the call centre.
