FAQ - How often can I claim?

When you are on your trip we are there to help and so we dont put a limit on the number of times you can call for help. If you need help in line with the terms and conditions of the policy then call and we will provide aid.

The only time we may restrict service is if following an incident you fail to repair the fault and it reoccurs. We think that's fair.

Please note that these European breakdown cover policies have policy limits and you cannot claim in excess of those amounts.
