The contact details to get in touch with the Emergency 24/ 7 Support team are shown on page 1 of the full policy wording and on your policy certificate in the section detailed " Emergency Contact Details". This was presented to you on screen after booking and is also in the email that was sent to the email address you specified at the time of booking.
