FAQ - Do I get an invoice?
Invoice
Having made a booking you will automatically be sent an email to the email address you specified during the booking process. This email contains a link to our encrypted server where the full details of your policy are shown in a secure environment.
This page, unique to you, shows you all the details relating to your cover and provides you with a set of tools to view, print and email your policy and payment documents.
To view a confirmation of your payment, or to print off the details then click the option you require in the Payment Receipt box as shown below.

Vat Invoice
Whilst your policy includes tax, this is insurance premium tax and is charged at 12%. This is not VAT and as such you cannot claim this back as an expense. Sorry
