Mobile telephones are convenient, but expensive. Even if you ask someone to call you back on your mobile telephone, you may still have to pay the bill.

You will also be charged for calls made on a mobile telephone via a freephone number.

For these reasons we ask that wherever possible you contact the assistance provider from a public call box. If you breakdown in area where you cannot get access to a call box or an emergency phone or if it is too dangerous to leave your vehicle then use your mobile to call for assistance. .
