Feefo Gold Trusted Service 2018

Trusted Service is an accreditation created by Feefo to recognise the consistent excellent customer service provided by some merchants in the eyes of their genuine customers.

The Trusted Service award offered by Feefo is based upon customer reviews collected over the previous year. In order to be accredited with the Gold Trusted Service award, a business is required to have received an average Service Rating of between 95% and 100%, over a minimum number of individual feedbacks.

Customer reviews and ratings collated by Feefo are verified via sales data. This ensures that only customers that completed a transaction, are invited to provide feedback.

This rating of merchants upon the views of real customers and not industry judges is what makes the annual Trusted Service accreditation a well respected and highly desirable award.
